Stone Hill

Each cottage has its own private braai area, a patio with table and chairs, large open-plan living area with a fireplace, a well-maintained kitchen with oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery; the bedrooms have their own linen supplied by management, and an electric blanket for those cold evenings. The bathrooms have baths and showers and bath towels are provided. The farm is private and peaceful and the hospitality is warm and welcoming. Guests can enjoy braai’s during the night and gaze at the splendour of the stars in the sky, unspoiled by city lights. There are many small game in the area, including jackals, warthog, porcupines and birds. You can spend the day in the mountains hiking, walking and exploring the nature of the region. The Magaliesburg Mountains are rich in archaeology. The Cradle of Humankind World Heritage site is a superb place to visit. It is where human life is believed to have begun.
