This three-bedroom house is set in the leafy suburb of Claremont, forming part of the Southern Suburbs, and faces the south east side of our beautiful Table Mountain.
The house offers guests great flow for indoor/outdoor entertainment, seating 10 both in and outdoors. The three spacious and comfortable double rooms ensure the each guest can relax in the comfort of their own space. For great sport Viewing, the house offers guests a TV in the living area and two further Tv's in the rooms. all linked to satellite.
The swimming pool is heated and some of Cape Towns leading beaches are situated a short 20 minute drive away.
