This luxury serviced apartment has been perfectly prepared for both holidaymakers and corporate travellers. 607 Flatrock Suites is fully double glazed, considerably reducing city noise. Flatrock Suites is ideally situated should you be visiting Cape Town for business purposes. With its close proximity to the Cape Town International Airport, Cape Town Convention Centre, V and A Waterfront and city centre, you will never be late for an early morning appointment.
The apartment boasts three beautiful and comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a separate bath in the second bathroom and a shower in the main en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen size bed while the second and third bedrooms have twin beds. Each bedroom has an electronic safe, hair dryer, a wall heater and a ceiling fan.

The luxurious lounge has breathtaking views of Table Mountain and guests can experience the magic of Cape Town from the private balcony. The lounge is equipped with a 94cm LCD TV, DStv, a DVD player and underfloor heating. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open-plan and the dining room table seats six guests. This area is ideal for intimate dinners or small business meetings.

The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Secure undercover parking is provided at no additional fee and 24 hour access controlled security is provided. Wi-Fi Internet is available in the building at a nominal fee and complimentary Internet access is available from reception.

Children are welcome. A baby cot can be supplied to you, at no additional fee, should you need it. Please do specify this when making your booking. Great care, time and attention are given to housekeeping, décor and maintenance of the apartment. Daily housekeeping is therefore included in the price. We also provide hotel style linen and towels of outstanding quality.
