Amanzi Maningi

Amanzi Maningi is a guest farm accommodation surrounded by beautiful trees and lots of birdlife. We have three dams which contain fish. For a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is the ideal place to be.

Amanzi Maningi when translated means 'place of much water' and gets its name from the many streams and dams in the area. Situated in the Honeybird area on the R38 between Barberton and Malalane in Mpumalanga, just a short drive away from the bustle of Gauteng, Amanzi Maningi offers farm accommodation and is surrounded by beautiful fruit trees and dams. This makes for a tranquil setting, ideal for that dream getaway.

At our accommodation we pride ourselves in giving the best " farm" breakfast and our speciality is Crocodile Kebabs.

If you do not want to explore the area, you can just sit and relax at one of our dams or try your hand at fishing or sit on the varandah en read a good book. Indiginous trees attracts a wide variety of birds, ensuring a fascinating relaxing experience for the avid bird watcher.

There is an abudance of waterfalls and hiking trials in the area for the more adventurous to explore.

At dinner time enjoy a typical South African meal with Nina and Peet. If you love wine you will most definitely be tempted in tasting a selection of Van Loveren Wines. Nina's association with van Loveren wines, inspired them to offer wine tastings. The fantastic wine, hospitality and scenery definitely do not fall short of the original copy.
